Build and installation
The package uses critcl. You'll need the latest critcl from:
To build, test and install the package, run the build.tcl script provided with tclzmq.
The package was tested with Tcl 8.5 and 8.6, on Linux and Windows.

The README file found in the git repository has information about building the package. The doc directory has more information about the Tcl wrapper, which can also be found on the Tcler's wiki
